Are there participation restrictions?The escape room is not recommended for individuals who suffer from claustrophobia, epilepsy, or who have pacemakers or defibrillators, as the game takes place in an enclosed space and contains magnetic elements. How many people can participate?The escape room is designed for teams of 1–6 people. Based on our experience, larger groups have a higher chance of solving the puzzles within the allotted time.4. What happens if we arrive with more people than the allowed number?To ensure an optimal experience and in accordance with our safety rules, the maximum number of participants for a session is 6 people. If you arrive with more than 6 people, those exceeding this number will be charged separately, according to the group rate for a new booking. How much time do I have?From the moment you enter the room, you and your team have 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and escape.6. Am I actually locked in the room?No, the goal of the escape room is to solve the Emperor's Enigma. The door will remain open throughout the whole span of the game, so you don’t need to worry.7. How does the escape game work?The escape scenario has its own theme and a goal to accomplish. The puzzles are designed so that the first ones are easier, with difficulty increasing as the game progresses.8. What happens if I don't manage to solve all the mysteries and escape?At the end of the 60 minutes, our team will signal the end of the game. In such cases, you can choose to learn the final solution to the puzzles or keep the mystery for another time.9. What do I do if I get stuck during the game?Our team monitors the game and can assist you, upon request, by providing hints to guide you. However, we won’t reveal the final puzzle solution.10. Can I experience the room more than once?Of course, but we don’t recommend it, as the thrill of discovering clues and solving puzzles is what makes the game so captivating.11. Can I play if I am pregnant?Absolutely. Escape games don’t require physical effort and don’t contain dangerous objects or elements. You can leave the room at any time, and the game can continue when you return.12. Is Insider Escape Rooms a franchise?Insider Escape Rooms is a local brand from Brașov, not a franchise.13. Monitoring is necessary for the proper conduct of the game and for quick intervention in case of emergencies. The footage will not be stored, and no photos will be taken during the game.6. Medical RestrictionsEscape games are not recommended for individuals suffering from claustrophobia, panic attacks, asthma, epilepsy, heart conditions, or those with implanted pacemakers or defibrillators, as well as others with medical conditions incompatible with the game. Access to the game is strictly prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, as well as those carrying such substances or alcoholic beverages. Smoking is prohibited within Insider Escape Rooms. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of the game without a refund.9. Use of Physical ForceInsider Escape Rooms games rely on intelligence, logic, and attention to detail, without requiring physical force. The solutions to the game do not involve damaging furniture, decorative objects, or equipment inside the room. Any damage or destruction will result in the payment for the damaged items and the reserved time slot for that room.10. Photography and Video Recording
Photography or video recording of the room or objects inside the room is only allowed with staff approval. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate termination of the game without a refund and may lead to legal action against the individuals involved. .11. Objects Marked "Do Not Touch"Any object in the room marked with a 'Do Not Touch' sign does not contain clues and should not be moved or manipulated. Removing the markings or handling these objects is prohibited.
